• Physical sketches (if ordered) ship within 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and immediate nature of our psychic services:

• No refunds are provided after the sketch has been delivered
• Refunds may be considered only if services are not delivered within 7 days

Intellectual Property

• All sketches created by Master Tamishini are original artwork
• You receive a personal license to use your sketch for personal purposes

• SoulmateVision retains all intellectual property rights
